• 2020 Project

It’s the year 2020, and global warming is now a big issue. The government has issued ‘1:1’ scheme (as they always do), and from now own, every Singaporean will be given a tree of their own and a ‘plot of moveable space’ to plant the tree on.

  • CRASH Japan

CRASH Japan Sendai Base: The stylized drawings I did for the team based in Sendai itself. The most popular of the bunch, garnering around 100 likes on Facebook globally and ending up as Sendai Base’s mascot/profile picture.

  • In Santorini

Instead of the normal gore, blood and dark scenes, I wanted to something light and relaxing. Having the image of Mamma Mia in mind, I decided to texture the bathroom to look like it’s in Santorini, Greece

  • Tiki’s Ship

Done for my Final Year Project, A Starlit Night. Tiki came back from a horrid scarring with the sun (hence the horrid burn mark) and is trying to get back home! Meant to be a metalish material.

  • Cecil: Digital Painting Study

Drawing of Cecil, the model from the cover of Non-no (A Japanese Magazine). I actually tried drawing her on photoshop with the magazine in my hand, but the second time I looked at it, all her proportions and colours were off, so I went searching for a digital image of the cover.

  • Beautiful World

Changed my school to how it’d look like in another dimension. With a gateway leading to god-knows-where, a tree with golden apples hanging, and flowers popping up from under the cement.

  • Light House T-Shirt 2009

Designed a lighthouse for a t-shirt from ideas pitched. They needed it in pure black and white, so it was a bit of a struggle, as I had never worked outside grayscale before—even more so with light.

  • Precious things

Precious things : I tried to go for a childlike room at sunset, with all her treasures kept in a little cranny on her shelf.
