CRASH Japan Sendai Base: The stylized drawings I did for the team based in Sendai itself. The most popular of the bunch, garnering around 100 likes on Facebook globally and ending up as Sendai Base’s mascot/profile picture.

EPMC Ladies: The drawing I did for the Singapore team ladies. The EPMC (English Presbyterian Ministry Church) team was too big so I separated them to two.

EPMC Men: The drawing I did for the Singapore team men. The second part of the EPMC team!

Three of  the seven drawings I did regarding the trip, including friends who went with me, and people I met there, like the CRASH Japan Base people, and several Japanese churches whom I had the opportunity to befriend.

I went about drawing them by comparing their height to mine or my friends, and drawing them in clothes I noticed they wear the most often, or were the most iconic (except for Cesar, who’s purple jumpsuit would have been really embarrassing!) . I tried to make the characters as alike as their real life counterparts, using skintone and detailed clothes in terms of colour/material.
